Job Summary
We are looking to hire a Church Administrative Clerk.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Primarily reports directly to church Admin Officer
- Preparing all letters e.g Workers or Members Introduction or Attestation letters,
- Appreciation letters for Guest ministers and other correspondences.
- Keeping adequate records and proper fillings of church documents.
- To maintain church supply inventory, to prevent the risk of stock-out on any supplies.
- Lodgment of cash into the church bank accounts i.e offerings, Tithe and proceeds from the church.
- Ensure adequate records are kept.
- Responsible for the operation of the generator before and after every church service.
- Ensuring the waste management vendors gets church waste out on agreed dates.
- Handling all correspondences with Area, Provincial and Regional parishes of The Redeemed Christian Church of God.
- Supervising the Church Cleaners to ensure the church Admin Office, auditorium, toilets and its premises are kept clean, tidy and organized all the time.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- The candidate should be an SCCE holder
- An experience in similar role is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: NGN30,000
Note: candidates within Yaba-Onike axis has an added advantage
