Chief Operations Officer

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily business operations, ensuring seamless coordination across departments.
• Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures that align with company goals.
• Lead and scale operational processes to drive productivity, revenue growth, and client satisfaction.
• Set performance goals for departments, track KPIs, and ensure accountability.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and execute process improvements.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to foster innovation and excellence.
• Build a results-driven culture focused on execution, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Support fundraising, partnerships, and expansion initiatives as required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior operations or executive leadership role (minimum 4–5 years).
• Strong knowledge of business functions (finance, HR, sales, marketing, customer service, etc.).
• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
