Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
The Chief Operating Officer is in charge of:
- Creating a work environment where every staff member's need for self-actualisation is met.Â
- Making sure all Company policies are implemented, and organisational goals and objectives are met.
- Leading the Company and fronting product brands, building trust and inspiring confidence.
- Liaising with the Company's brands and ensuring every Guest has the best experience when they visit.
- Supporting staff members in their various roles, including stepping in and helping out, when and where needed.
Requirements:
- Have a servant attitude, and embody exemplary behaviour towards subordinates.
- Be a boots-on-the-ground visionary leader ensuring Company policies are implemented, and organisational goals and objectives are met.
- Actively contribute to creating a friendly, welcoming and safe environment for all Guests and staff members.
- Friendly, outgoing and personable.
- Maintain professional composure and confidence during stressful situations.
- Customer-focused with a hands-on, can-do, nothing-is-too-much attitude.
- Meticulous and highly organised.
- Keen to excel.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Computer literate.
- Possess a good command of the English language.
- Speak, read and write any of the main indigenous languages in Nigeria: Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa.
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 per month
