We seek to hire an astute Café Supervisor to supervise the operations at our Cafe.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality or service.
- Schedule staff hours and assign duties
- Maintain food and equipment inventories, and keep inventory records.
- Orients, trains, supervises and motivates all Team Members as needed.
- Teaches all Team Members clear expectations of conduct and service.
- Maintains procedures for cost, waste, and quality control.
- Responds to all guest comments promptly and respectfully
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of OND
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a supervisor
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and people skills
Location: Bodija, Ibadan.
Renumeration: NGN 35,000 - NGN 50,000 monthly.
