Job Summary

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be a facilitator for process generation & improvement initiatives across all business & functional units of the organisation in line with the group’s mission, vision, values, and objectives.

  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate process development and improvement workshops across business and functional units.
  • Collaborate with teams to document, analyze, and improve existing business processes.
  • Lead initiatives that align operational procedures with the organization's mission and goals.
  • Implement and maintain a company-wide document control system and train end users.
  • Prepare, draft, and manage high-quality process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Use Business Process Management (BPM) software to develop, automate, and monitor business processes.
  • Drive process reengineering and restructuring to improve operational efficiency.
  • Support the implementation and adoption of ERP systems and ensure integration with documented business processes.
  • Identify gaps, recommend improvements, and ensure compliance with best practices.
  • Ensure alignment of processes across departments to promote collaboration and consistency.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Business Process Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proven expertise in process mapping, workflow analysis, and business process reengineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex workflows.
  • Proficient in BPM tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills; ability to train and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
  • Process mapping and business process reengineering
