Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across kitchen, service, and support teams
- Develop and execute strategies to improve efficiency and revenue growth
- Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability
- Lead and develop cross-functional teams
- Drive business development and partnerships
- Ensure excellent customer experience and brand standards
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant or business management
- Strong background in hospitality or food service industry
- Strong leadership, financial, and operational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in POS systems and reporting tools
Remuneration: NGN 300,000 – 400,000 (Based on Experience)
