Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Set yearly budgets in line with the corporate objective
- Achieve annual sales target.
- Develop and execute sales business plans
- Leverage and grow partnerships with key customers nationally
- Ensure the implementation of strategic sales plans designed by marketing department.
- Lead the entire field force and develop a high culture of sales management with strong supervisory skills.
- Monitor, and analyze sales and marketing trends
- Responsible for managing and controlling sales and marketing budget
- Assist in the recruitment and hiring of qualified applicants to meet the department’s needs
