Mimmi Kasu is seeking a driven and commercially minded business development specialist to accelerate revenue growth and expand the brand’s market presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, securing strategic partnerships, growing wholesale and retail channels, and building a strong sales pipeline. This role is key to scaling the brand locally and internationally.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth across online, retail, wholesale, and corporate channels
  • Identify, pitch, and secure partnerships with influencers, media, retailers, and corporate clients
  • Develop and manage a structured sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
  • Expand wholesale network and onboard new stockists
  • Support collection launches, campaigns, pop-ups, and brand activations
  • Conduct market research and provide insights on trends, pricing, and opportunities
  • Track and report on sales performance, partnerships, and ROI


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, marketing, sales, or related field
  • 3–5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
  • Experience in fashion, retail, lifestyle, or creative industries, preferably
  • Proven track record of generating revenue and closing deals
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; CRM experience is an advantage


Remuneration: NGN 250,000-300,000

 

Location: Lekki Phase 1
