Our client, An Oil and gas companyn is looking for a motivated business development officer to develop and implement growth strategies for the achievement of revenue goals.

Job Description/Requirements
* Analyze current and past financial data, such as sales reports and provide strategies to cut costs and increase revenue
* Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to stablish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities
* Create and improve proposals for our existing and new clients
* Prepare the company budget and continually track expenses as well as make sure we are on track to hit revenue targets.
* Develop and deliver pitches for potential investors
* Provide training and mentoring to members of the business development team
* Develop a comprehensive business development strategy capable of meeting agreed goals and objectives
* Conduct systematic marketing and sales campaign to expand the company's share of the market
* Develop and implement a long- term plan to retain existing customers
* Establish efficient administrative reporting systems
Qualification and Skill
* Bachelors degree in marketing, finance, accounting or related field
* Minimum of 3 years working experience in an Oil and Gas Company
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Great leadership skills
* Top notch analytical skill.( Must be detailed)
* Attend conferences and research new markets as needed
