As Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across corporate, SME, and government sectors. You will help us build strong client relationships, position our products and services strategically, and champion solutions that speak to the evolving needs of the market.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in both public and private sectors.
- Lead proposal development, tender submissions, and client engagement plans.
- Develop tailored pitch decks and product demos for clients.
- Manage sales pipeline and report regularly on deal status and conversion rates.
- Build strategic partnerships with decision-makers in ministries, agencies, SMEs, and corporate orgs.
- Work closely with the tech teams to align messaging and go-to-market strategies.
- Promote and sell Ritemate’s flagship products—and our data privacy audit/training solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and proactively suggest client-centric solutions.
- Represent Ritemate at conferences, expos, and stakeholder meetings.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships—ideally in tech, compliance, or consulting.
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian business and government landscape.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to close deals and manage client accounts effectively.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with RFP/tendering processes and government engagement is a plus.
- Experience in SaaS/product sales or data compliance services is an added advantage.
