Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Market Insights: Conduct a thorough analysis of the medical equipment supply landscape to uncover potential clients, emerging trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Lead Cultivation: Generating and nurturing leads to build a strong pipeline of potential clients and collaborators.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.
  • Solution Customization: Collaborating closely with internal teams to tailor our offerings to address the unique needs of clients, ensuring value-driven solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Devising and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, drive growth, and meet business objectives.
  • Negotiation and Closure: Leading negotiations, preparing compelling proposals, and closing deals with potential clients.
  • Reporting and Projections: Providing regular updates, reports, and forecasts on business development activities and progress.
  • Networking: Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars to enhance brand visibility and expand professional networks.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous.
  • 2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles
  • Ideal candidates will have a background in business administration and entrepreneurship.
  • Solid grasp of business development principles, including market dynamics, emerging trends, and key players.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully cultivating leads, closing deals, and surpassing sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and thrive in a hybrid work environment.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-focused mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
