Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Develop compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with service offerings.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Assist in planning and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
- Track and report on business development activities and outcomes.
- Manage multiple business projects from initiation to completion.
- Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking functions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving aptitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management software is an added advantage.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach and a willingness to learn.
