Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Develop compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with service offerings.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  • Assist in planning and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Track and report on business development activities and outcomes.
  • Manage multiple business projects from initiation to completion.
  • Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking functions.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving aptitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management software is an added advantage.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach and a willingness to learn.
