We are seeking to fill the position of a Business Assistant. The ideal candidate should be smart and knowledgeable in the use of basic software tools such as Microsoft Office and the internet. The candidate would be running the affairs of the office, overseeing operations, and ensuring each task assigned are completed.
- Minimum Qualification:HND
- Experience Level:Graduate trainee
- Experience Length:1 year
- Carry out computer-related tasks as needed
- Carry out Admin-related tasks in the office
- Use the internet to carry our personal assistant task for the MD
- Update the company social media pages
- Schedule appointments and supervise with vendors on behalf of the company
- Manage lower-level staff members
- Create spreadsheets as requested by management
- Must have strong computer skills and be able to use applications such as Microsoft Office, PowerPoint etc
- Must live in or around Ikeja, Lagos Nigeria
- Must show proof of graduation
- Must pass computer knowledge and typing speed test.
Work Hours: Mondays - Fridays
