We are Morrison Petrol Station, a retail Oil and Gas sales station, currently searching for an Assistant Retail Operations Manager (AROM). - Client Interaction: Engage with both existing and potential clients, understanding their needs, addressing questions, and providing comprehensive information about our products and services.
- Lead Generation: Identifying and pursuing new leads and potential customers will be a key responsibility. This involves identifying new customers who ply our route and reactivating those who for some reason are no longer actively patronizing. Emphasizing benefits and addressing concerns will be essential.
- Relationship Building: Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients is crucial to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Data Entry and Recordkeeping: will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales transactions, customer interactions, and other relevant information using databases or software.
- Documentation: This would assist in the preparation of sales records and daily transactions or invoices.
- Communication: Handling various forms of communication, including email correspondence, phone calls, and inquiries from clients, suppliers, and internal team members. (This hardly happens as we are a small business at the moment)
- Office Management: Overseeing general office tasks, including ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and ensuring a well-organized work environment.
- This position is preferable open to a female candidate
- The ideal candidate should be between 23 to 28 years old.
- Location is flexible, whether living within or outside Lagos.
- Education qualification should be a minimum of OND/NCE.
- Previous retail petrol station experience is not necessarily important; however, a can-do attitude is crucial.
