Job Description/Requirements
- Assist in the management of daily operations, ensuring all departments function smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction across all areas of the establishment.
- Help implement operational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
Financial Oversight:
- Assist in preparing budgets, financial reports, and forecasts to support the financial planning of the business.
- Monitor expenses, control costs, and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
- Analyze financial performance data and provide insights to the Operations Manager for informed decision-making.
Staff Management:
- Support the recruitment, training, and supervision of staff, ensuring team members are motivated and performing at their best.
- Assist in scheduling shifts, managing staff rosters, and ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet business demands.
- Address staff performance issues, provide feedback and contribute to the development of training programs.
Customer Experience:
- Assist in ensuring a high standard of customer service, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving complaints promptly.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement initiatives to enhance the guest experience and increase customer satisfaction.
- Support the execution of marketing promotions and events to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
Inventory and Supply Chain Management:
- Assist in managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring that all resources are available to meet operational needs.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, maintaining strong relationships and negotiating favorable terms.
- Monitor stock levels of FMCG products, ensuring optimal inventory turnover and minimizing waste.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements in all operational areas.
- Assist in conducting regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards of safety and hygiene.
- Support the Operations Manager in implementing risk management strategies and handling emergencies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience (3+ years) in operations management, preferably in the hospitality industry, with a background in FMCG and finance.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using business management software and tools.

Reporting Structure:
