This is a full-time role based in the Admissions Directorate. The post holder will support the Team lead with implementing the Strategic Objectives of the Admissions Directorate of the School. This will include but not limited to student selection, on boarding students and implementing and overseeing the admission process

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilites:
- Implement and drive the strategic objectives of the Admissions Directorate.
- Lead initiatives to achieve the yearly enrollment target through effective applicant engagement and conversion strategies.
- Continuously improve standard operating procedures across the full admissions lifecycle (application, screening, interviews, onboarding).
- Guide team activities and ensure alignment with institutional objectives.
- Manage application portals, ensuring responsiveness, uptime, and user experience.
- Screen applications, manage interviews, and ensure timely processing and onboarding of candidates.
- Evaluate student experiences and applicant feedback to drive improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with the Tech and HLE teams for functionality upgrades and feedback integration.
- Work with the Communications, Media, and Student Affairs teams to synchronize outreach and marketing efforts.
- Recommend high-impact events, partnerships, and initiatives to increase brand relevance and visibility.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of all outgoing admissions communication (e.g., offer/rejection letters, guides).
- Ensure adherence to institutional policies and regulatory standards.
- Recommend policy updates using applicant feedback and outcome analysis.
- Maintain accurate admissions data and ensure database compliance for internal/external audits.
- Oversee generation of key departmental reports including:
- Admission Cycle Report
- Session Information Report
- Candidate Information Report
- Present insights, gap analysis, and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Maintain accurate student records.
- Provide advisory support from enquiry to onboarding.
- Develop interview schedules (onsite and virtual).
- Standardize processing timelines and enforce compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and participant experience.
- Provide recommendations for internal staff training.
- Carry out any responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a BSc in Public Administration, Business Administration, Education, or related fields.
- A Master’s degree and relevant professional certifications are strong advantages.
- Minimum of 6 years progressive experience in academic admissions or education administration.
- Proven success in managing full-cycle admissions, including international recruitment.
- Experience with admissions or CRM software and digital platforms.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination abilities.
- Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Empathetic, principled, and culturally sensitive.
- Capable of public speaking and stakeholder engagement.
