Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrator to coordinate training activities between students and faculty.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the schedules for all training programs. 
  • Serve as the main point of contact for students, instructors, and staff. 
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and certification. 
  • Handle communication regarding training details, schedules, and inquiries. 
  • Ensure that all necessary training materials and resources are available to both students and instructors. 
  • Manage student feedback and ensure that issues are addressed promptly.


Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of administrative experience.  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data management. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
