Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Handle payroll processing and staff benefits administration.
- Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.
Administrative:
- Manage office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Handle documentation, filing, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office logistics.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on key administrative activities.
Secretarial:
- Provide support to senior management, including drafting letters and reports.
- Manage communication and maintain records of important documents.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all office dealings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR, administration, and secretarial roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must be a resident of Abuja.
