Job Summary
We are currently seeking to hire a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Officer(British International School) to support the smooth day-to-day operations of the school. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient administrative systems, support academic and non-academic staff, and act as a key point of contact for students, parents, and external stakeholders.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to school leadership, academic departments, and student services.
- Handle communication with parents, staff, vendors, and external bodies in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance logs, and admissions documentation.
- Assist with coordination of school events, meetings, and examinations.
- Manage office supplies, filing systems, and school correspondence (emails, letters, reports).
- Support admissions and enrollment processes, including maintaining application records and liaising with prospective families.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and regulatory requirements, including safeguarding documentation.
- Provide logistical support for staff and visitors, including travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and hospitality.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and school publications as needed.
- Support financial administration, including budgeting, petty cash management, and invoice processing in coordination with the finance department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years’ administrative experience, preferably in a British international school.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic financial literacy or experience in school budgeting/accounts.
