Job Description/Requirements
- Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks.
- Maintain proper filing systems (both physical and electronic).
- Support the coordination of meetings and appointments.
- Handle internal and external correspondence.
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of office activities.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
- Monitor and manage office supplies and stationery.
Requirements:
- A minimum of an HND in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with electronic filing systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle internal and external correspondence professionally.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Applicants must reside on the Island, preferably in Victoria Island, Lekki, Ajah, or nearby environs.
