Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Facilitate communication between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organise and support company events, workshops, and meetings.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory as well as handle office facilities.
- Serve as Personal Assistant to the Managing Director.
- Coordinate and communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, and maintain strong working relationships.
- Competent in report writing, i.e., PowerPoint presentations. Document management.
- Handle confidential materials and conversations with finesse
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field with a minimum of second-class upper division.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Location: Lagos Island
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 200,000
