The Administrative Officer or Admin Officer is responsible for providing administrative support to the organization.
- Minimum Qualification:OND
- Experience Level:Entry level
- Experience Length:No Experience/Less than 1 year
- Responsible for opening the door to the organization in the morning and closing the door at the end of the day.
- Ensure the front office reception is well organized, and receive and welcome all guests to the office in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the respective staff and respond to all incoming inquiries by phone and email.
- Ensure office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to always ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems.
- Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos, and ensuring that everyone is kept current with necessary company news and information.
- Operating copy equipment, fax machines, or other equipment necessary.
- Make necessary arrangements for the procurement of office supplies such as stationery, water, beverages, coffees, etc.
- Support recruitment activities such as confirming interview schedules with candidates via phone calls.
- Participate in organizing company activities such as training, store openings, promos, food handler’s tests, etc.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
- Familiar with the use of existing office machines (Printers, Computers, etc.)
- Proficient in English Language ( Written & oral)
- Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Especially MS Word & Excel)
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and Multi-tasking abilities.
- Problem-solving skills
- Customer service Orientation.
