Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and directing visitors, answering phone inquiries, and handling complaints
- Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times
- Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems.
- Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports, and ensuring that everyone is kept current with necessary company news and information.
- Operating copy equipment, printers, or other equipment necessary.
- Developing growth strategies and plans
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
- Increasing client base
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- Writing business proposals
- Negotiating with stakeholders
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
- Following industry trends locally and internationally
- Drafting and reviewing contracts
- Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Marketing, Social Science, or a relevant field with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- High-level communication/Interpersonal skills
- Experience with the design and implementation of business development strategy.
- The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
- Development strategy, proposal writing, growth strategies, and exceeding targets
- Must be outgoing
- Use of Microsoft Office and suites
- Good organization, time management, and scheduling skills
- Experience in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute with few errors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and follow up with registration requirements
- Ability to interface with regulatory bodies
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 150,000
