Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to join our client SALON in Lagos. The Administrative Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the salon by overseeing administrative tasks, managing staff, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our clients.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead the salon staff team in providing excellent services and maximizing salon profit.
- Recruiting salon staff that meets mandatory educational and licensing requirements and training in procedure, policy, and health regulations.
- Preparing work schedules for salon staff to ensure adequate coverage for the salon's needs and considering seasonality for occasions and peak times.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the salon including opening and closing procedures, staff behavior, and customer intake procedures.
- Monitoring salon supplies and equipment and ordering new stock as needed.
- Addressing and resolving client complaints regarding salon services and employee behavior and resolving and providing solutions to staff disputes.
- Tracking the payments received from clients.
- Prepare and maintain sales, inventory, and customer reports.
- Ensuring that the salon is always clean, and well-maintained, ensuring proper cleaning of beauty salon equipment and tools after use, and following hygiene practices across all beauty stations.
- Conduct research to understand the brand, and our clients’ needs, and follow industry-related news to generate ideas around trends for online posts.
- Organize, attend, participate in staff meetings, document, and follow up on important decisions from meetings.
- Break projects into doable actions, set timeframes, undertake project tasks as required, and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Ensure all outgoing materials have brand consistency.
- Submit work to the COO/CEO for input and final approval before posting.
- Stay up to date with developments and generate new ideas to draw clients’ attention.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any related discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in MS Office
Location: Candidate must stay within Lagos Island
Remuneration: NGN 120,000 monthly
