Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
- Manage office operations, including scheduling, filing, correspondence, and supply inventory.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, and mail).
- Organize and maintain physical and digital records and databases.
- Assist with bookkeeping and basic financial reporting.
- Support planning and execution of meetings, events, and internal communications.
- Maintain staff attendance records and coordinate HR documentation as needed.
Digital Media Duties:
- Manage and update social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Create engaging content (graphics, videos, captions) aligned with brand guidelines.
- Schedule and publish posts using social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer).
- Monitor social media metrics, generate performance reports, and suggest improvements.
- Design basic marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and newsletters.
- Assist in running online ads and email marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Proficiency with the use of Canva for Designs
- Familiarity with Googleworkspace and Microsoft Office
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- At least OND certification is required
