Job Description/Requirements
- Manage office expenses, budget, invoicing, and follow up with clients for payments.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including overseeing proposal creation, client meetings, and project planning.
- Create winning proposals using an existing template, with a strong emphasis on clear and persuasive writing in English.
- Actively participate in client meetings and develop project plans that will leave a lasting impression.
- Manage office expenses and budget like a pro, as well as invoicing and following up with clients for payments.
- This position is open preferably to a female candidate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Documents.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and confidence in communicating with clients and team members.
- Information Technology experience is mandatory.

Location: Candidate must stay on the mainland within Maryland and Ikeja axis.

As Office Manager,
