Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities: As the Administrative/Front Desk Officer, you will be responsible for managing the front desk and performing various administrative functions within the firm. Your duties include but are not limited to:

Front Desk Management:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate individuals.
  • Manage and maintain a neat and organized reception area.

Administrative Support:
  • Provide administrative support to various departments within the firm.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Record Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visitors and appointments
  • Manage filing systems and ensure documents are properly organized.

Communication:
  • Communicate effectively with clients, employees, and other stakeholders
  • Handle inquiries and provide information about the firm's services.

Digital Literacy:
  • Utilize digital tools and technology for efficient office management.
  • Proficiency in email communication and basic office software.

Requirements:
  • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree (B.Sc/BA) or its equivalent:
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English
  • Strong digital literacy with the ability to use office software and communication tools.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
  • Digital literacy and proficiency in office software.
