Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office administration and coordination.
- Develop and enforce company policies and compliance procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
- Oversee facility management, vendor relationships, and logistics planning.
- Support departmental heads in performance management and team development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Admin, or related field.
- 3-5 years of HR/Admin experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Nigerian labor law and HR best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
