Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Taking calls and responding to customers.
  • Creating designs and creating awareness with content.
  • Organizing company records.
  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
  • Maintain and update company databases.
  • Update office polices as needed.
  • Answer queries by employees and clients.
  • Book meeting rooms as required


Requirement:

  • Minimum academic qualification of OND
  • Must be computer literate with marketing skills.
  • Good in content creation and graphic design.
  • Good communication skills. 
  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or similar role
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures

  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
