- Minimum Qualification: OND
- Experience Level: Entry level
- Experience Length: 1 year
- Taking calls and responding to customers.
- Creating designs and creating awareness with content.
- Organizing company records.
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
- Maintain and update company databases.
- Update office polices as needed.
- Answer queries by employees and clients.
- Book meeting rooms as required
- Minimum academic qualification of OND
- Must be computer literate with marketing skills.
- Good in content creation and graphic design.
- Good communication skills.
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or similar role
Solid knowledge of office procedures
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
