Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth office functionality.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems for accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and other documents as assigned by management.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and executives.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to support operational needs.
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness and inventory control.
- Assist in tracking departmental budgets and expenses.
- Support onboarding and documentation for new staff in coordination with HR.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory documentation.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of company events, audits, or special projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
