Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensures Front desk is tidy and presentable.
- Responsible for opening and closing the office.
- Greet and welcome all guests and clients with a smile in a professional manner.
- Answer questions, enquiries and address complaints.
- Take Messages and redirect to appropriate quarters.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Keeps and Updated records and files
- Work with office maintenance team to ensure a clean and habitable environment.
- Support head office team with any other duties assigned.
Requirements:
- This position is open preferably to a female candidate but a male candidate can be considered
- 2 - 4 years of experience as an Admin Officer
- Minimum academic qualification of a first degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper(though a 2:2 for this position can be considered if candidate is really good)
- Asset management, travel desk experience is also required
- It's a year renewable contract.
Location: Yaba, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 - 350,000 depending on the level of experience and quality of the candidate.
