Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain office filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required.
  • Ensure availability and proper use of office supplies and equipment.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Support HR, finance, and operations teams with administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases for staff and organizational needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and administrative protocols.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative or office support roles.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
