This role ensures the facility is well-maintained, secure, and tenant-friendly while managing vendors, supervising support staff, and handling admin tasks related to building operations.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Facility Operations
- Supervise the general upkeep of the building including cleaning, security, repairs, and utilities
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the building meets safety and operational standards
- Coordinate and monitor all maintenance activities, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and elevators
- Liaise with service providers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of work
Administrative Management
- Maintain accurate records of leases, service contracts, maintenance logs, and compliance documentation
- Assist in budgeting and cost control related to building operations
- Prepare and submit regular reports on facility performance, maintenance schedules, and tenant requests
- Ensure all permits, licenses, and insurance policies are up to date
Users & Visitor Relations
- Serve as the first point of contact for tenants regarding facility-related concerns
- Manage move-in/move-out processes and space allocations
- Support leasing activities by coordinating space readiness and providing facility information
- Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for visitors, tenants, and vendors
Compliance & Safety
- Enforce building policies, health & safety regulations, and emergency procedures
- Oversee fire drills, inspections, and emergency preparedness activities
- Ensure the facility complies with local laws and building codes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in facility or property management (office or commercial space preferred)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations
