Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the company's assets are properly managed and maintainedÂ
- Ensure work tools are properly distributed among staff
- Manage relationships with vendors
- Source new vendors
- Manage support staff and ensure they are effective in their jobs
- Ensure repairs and maintenance are carried out in record time
- Analyze consumables and ensure they are properly utilized to avoid wastage and theft
- Propose cost-saving measures that will protect the company from unnecessary losses due to improper use of company materials and assets, and due to theft
- Embark on a market survey to achieve the best prices for items to be purchased
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administration, facility management, or procurement.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to efficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory tracking tools.
