Job Summary

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager who can also function in the capacity of the General Manager to oversee all staff, budgets, and operations of the local business unit while helping us manage and expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy while managing people and establishing internal policies. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive while ensuring our profits are on the rise. Ultimately, your goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients while ensuring that the company grows and thrives.

Job Description/Requirements


  • Develop a business development strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction;
  • Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients to ensure that connections are made and relationships are built;
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs within the targeted industry;
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives and needs;
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines;
  • Provide trustworthy feedback to the company, continuous follow-up and after-sales support to the customer to ensure trustworthiness;
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers while establishing a strategy and set goals for growth;
  • Control and maintain budgets and optimize expenses;
  • Ensure employees are motivated and productive while following health and safety regulations;
  • Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance;
  • Prepare regular reports for the management team and manage employee assessment process;
