• Research and implement keywords, meta descriptions, and other SEO techniques.
• Monitor website traffic and use data-driven insights to enhance SEO performance.

Content Creation:

• Create high-quality social media videos showcasing our salon's services, products, and promotions.
• Edit and enhance video content to ensure it is visually appealing and engaging.
• Generate blog posts and written content that align with SEO strategies.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to social media and SEO efforts.
• Provide regular reports and insights to track progress and recommend improvements.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital marketing efforts with overall marketing strategies.
• Work with colleagues to create consistent and on-brand messaging across all platforms.

Support for Communications, Marketing, and Public Relations Efforts:

• Play an active role in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns.
• Contribute to the creation of press releases, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Engage with media outlets and influencers to enhance brand visibility.
• Participate in public relations and community engagement activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Proficiency in video recording and editing software.
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
• Familiarity with the beauty, wellness, personal care, and salon industry is a plus.
