Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Answering phone calls, taking messages, scheduling meetings and appointments, and managing calendars.
- Communication: Preparing and distributing correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations, as well as handling emails and other communications.
- File Management: Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files, ensuring easy access and retrieval of documents.
- Document Preparation: Typing, formatting, and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Office Support: Managing office supplies and equipment, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries.
- Meeting Support: Preparing agendas and minutes for meetings, and assisting with meeting logistics.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience
- Minimum of OND
- Must be confident, experienced, and ready to learn new skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Customer service skills
- Time management skills
