Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Take and confirm orders clearly and accurately
- Serve food and beverages to customers efficiently
- Ensure tables and service areas are clean, tidy, and well-prepared
- Handle billing and process payments accurately
- Address customer needs and resolve issues promptly
- Work with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain a neat appearance and follow all hygiene standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, polite, and customer-focused
- Ability to stand for long hours and multitask under pressure
- Must reside in or around Gudu, Durumi, or Apo in Abuja
- Female candidates are preferred for this role
- Physical Stamina (for standing/walking long hours
- Basic Math Skills (for handling bills and payments)
