Waitress

• Welcome and attend to customers promptly with excellent communication skills (listening, verbal, writing).
• Assist customers with questions and special requests, proactive and reliable to share knowledge of the menu and products of Breathe Restaurant and Lounge with the goal to upsell
• Communicate with the kitchen on the customer order, the wait time, product availability, dietary requirements, and re-cook orders as directed by management
• Serve food and beverages to customers promptly according to the time allotted for that order
• Always check up on the guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals and beverage 
• Post transactions and present Bills correctly and timely
• Clear and clean tables after use by each customer and re-set the table for the next customer
• Maintain cleanliness of your areas, team player and follow management directives 

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of an OND is any related discipline 
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience
• Good interpersonal and people skills
