Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Tourism/Travel Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing travel inquiries, providing clients with accurate travel information, preparing travel itineraries, handling visa support processes, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for all customers.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Attend to client inquiries regarding travel packages, tourism services, and destination information.
- Prepare and manage travel itineraries, bookings, and reservations.
- Assist clients with visa advisory services and documentation guidance.
- Provide updated information on travel policies, flight schedules, and entry requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, airlines, embassies, and tourism partners.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and update customer records accurately.
- Resolve client complaints promptly and professionally.
- Support company tourism projects, group tours, and corporate travel arrangements.
- Ensure excellent customer experience from inquiry to completion of travel.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/BSc in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in a travel or tourism role is an added advantage (but not compulsory for fast learners).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good knowledge of travel platforms, airline systems, or GDS tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to detail, professionalism, and a customer-centered mindset.
- Must be well-organized and highly reliable.
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):
- Knowledge of international destinations and visa procedures.
- Experience in tour packaging or group travel coordination.
- Sales or marketing experience in the tourism sector.
