Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock toiletries and amenities.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust furniture and surfaces.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost items.
- Follow health and safety regulations and company cleaning standards.
- Respond promptly to guest or resident requests politely and professionally.
- Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are used and stored correctly.
- Assist with laundry services if required.
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of cleaning practices and sanitation standards.
- Good physical condition and stamina.
- Attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
