Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Supervise and manage restaurant staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service in line with company policies and health regulations.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.
- Prepare and present operational reports to management.
- Develop and implement policies that improve productivity and staff engagement.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, HACCP standards, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
- Handle customer feedback professionally to maintain a positive brand image.
- Work with management to develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies.
