Mixologist

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, mocktails, and beverages.
  
• Create new and innovative drink recipes and seasonal cocktail menus.
  
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests professionally.
  
• Recommend drinks based on guest preferences and dietary needs.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tools, and equipment.
  
• Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards at all times.
  
• Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies and monitoring beverage levels.
  
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and regulations.
  
• Handle cash, POS transactions, and maintain accurate billing.
  
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
  
• Monitor customer alcohol intake and practice responsible serving.
  
• Set up and break down the bar for opening and closing shifts.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a mixologist or bartender.
  
• Strong knowledge of liquor brands, cocktail recipes, flavor profiles, and bar tools.
  
• Ability to create unique cocktails and adapt recipes to customer requests.
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Basic math skills for handling cash and measurements.
  
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
  
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (preferred but not always required).
  
• Ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 25–40 lbs.
  
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
