Lounge Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily lounge activities, ensuring high-quality service and a luxurious atmosphere. 
• Handle guest issues, build VIP relationships, and ensure personalized service. 
• Oversee setup for daily service, events, and private functions. 
• Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor bartenders, servers, hosts, and kitchen staff. 
• Manage performance, delegate tasks, and foster a positive work environment. 
• Monitor sales, meet revenue targets, and manage budgets (P&L). 
•  Implement upselling strategies and menu engineering for profitability. 
• Control liquor inventory, manage supply chains, and minimize waste. 
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, social media, and promotions. 
• Plan and execute special events, promotions, and build community/influencer relationships. 
• Enforce strict health, hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Uphold company standards, policies, and "gold standards" in luxury hospitality

Requirements:

• Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or lounge management.
• Strong leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, networking, and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of liquor control, inventory management, and financial reporting.
• Understanding of health, safety, and licensing laws
