Job summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Lounge Manager who will oversees daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, smooth service, and profitability by managing staff hiring, training, scheduling, controlling inventory, handling marketing, maintaining ambiance, and ensuring strict adherence to health/safety/licensing laws.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily lounge activities, ensuring high-quality service and a luxurious atmosphere.
- Handle guest issues, build VIP relationships, and ensure personalized service.
- Oversee setup for daily service, events, and private functions.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor bartenders, servers, hosts, and kitchen staff.
- Manage performance, delegate tasks, and foster a positive work environment.
- Monitor sales, meet revenue targets, and manage budgets (P&L).
- Implement upselling strategies and menu engineering for profitability.
- Control liquor inventory, manage supply chains, and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, social media, and promotions.
- Plan and execute special events, promotions, and build community/influencer relationships.
- Enforce strict health, hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Uphold company standards, policies, and "gold standards" in luxury hospitality
Requirements:
- Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or lounge management.
- Strong leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, networking, and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of liquor control, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Understanding of health, safety, and licensing laws
