Job Summary
Our client is seeking a responsible and customer-oriented Lounge Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a lounge located along Eleyele Poly Road, Ibadan. The successful candidate will ensure smooth service delivery, supervise staff, maintain high service standards, and support overall business operations.
- Minimum Qualification : High School (S.S.C.E)
- Experience Level : Entry level
- Experience Length : 2 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily lounge operations to ensure efficient service
- Manage, coordinate, and monitor lounge staff performance and attendance
- Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer complaints
- Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and proper presentation of the lounge
- Monitor stock levels and support inventory control
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Prepare daily operational and sales reports
- Enforce lounge policies and maintain staff discipline
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within hospitality or related fields
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Good problem-solving and customer service skills
- Minimum of SSCE; OND/HND is an added advantage
