Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
- Handle guest requests or complaints professionally and promptly.
- Clear tables, clean the dining area, and reset tables for the next guests.
- Issue bills and accept payments, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND in any field of study
- 2 years of working experience is required
