Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction
- Take customer orders and serve food and beverage
- Make menu recommendations
- Greet and escort customers to their tables
- Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses
- Inform customers about the day's specials
- Take accurate food and drinks orders -Communicate order details to kitchen staff
- Arrange table settings and maintain tidy dining areas
- Follow all relevant health department regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of SSCE
- Communication skills
- Proven experience as a waiter/waitress
- Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information system
- Active listening and effective communication skills
- Polite and friendly
- Team player.
Remuneration: NGN 45,000 - 70,000
