Job Description/Requirements
- Develop and launch campaigns for flight deals, tour packages, and seasonal promotions across digital (social, email, web) and offline channels.
- Leverage travel trends, customer insights, and competitor analysis to refine messaging and targeting.
- Build partnerships with airlines, influencers, and industry stakeholders to amplify reach.
- Manage end-to-end ticketing in Amadeus and Galileo: reservations, ticket issuance/reissues, changes, cancellations, and refunds.
- Ensure compliance with IATA standards, fare constructions, taxes, surcharges, and airline policies.
- Provide proactive support and clear communication to resolve booking issues and inquiries.
- Coordinate with sales, customer service, and operations teams to guarantee a smooth travel journey.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in travel marketing, ticketing, or both
- Proficient in Amadeus & Galileo GDS
- Strong digital marketing skills: social media, email campaigns, analytics
- In-depth knowledge of IATA rules and fare construction
- Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational abilities
