The Ticketing Reservation Officer is responsible for managing all aspects of travel bookings, including flight and hotel reservations, ticket issuance, tour packaging, and customer relationship management. This role ensures that all travel arrangements are efficiently handled in line with company policies and industry regulations.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Book and issue flight tickets using GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre).
- Handle changes, cancellations, and refunds with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide expert travel and tour advice on routes, fares, and travel requirements.
- Liaise with airlines, visa agents, and other travel vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate travel records, prepare itineraries, and generate reports as needed.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service and proactive support.
- Process visa applications and tour packages with strong knowledge of multi-country visa procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in reservations, ticketing, visa processing, tour packaging, and business development.
- Proficiency in GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail.
- Digital marketing skills (mandatory).
- Must be female (for gender balance).
- Aged between 25 – 30 years.
- Must reside in Mushin or its environs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and tech-savvy.
