Client Relations and Operations Executive
Job summary
W-Nautix is seeking an experienced Client Relations and Operations Executive to manage client communications, coordinate internal teams, and support operational activities. The successful candidate will also represent the company at industry events and contribute to business growth through structured follow-ups and relationship management.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily client and prospect calls
- Follow up on leads, meetings, and client communications
- Organise and attend physical and virtual client meetings
- Travel nationwide for presentations and client engagements
- Coordinate internal teams on assigned projects
- Participate in office meetings and operational planning
- Represent the company at maritime, oil & gas industry events
- Attend trainings and seminars to improve industry knowledge
- Achieve assigned weekly and monthly performance targets
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a client-facing or operations role
- Soft Skill Certification is an added advantage
- Knowledge of maritime, shipping, logistics, or oil & gas is an advantage
- Strong communication, organisational, and coordination skills
- Ability to think critically and work independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Maritime Studies, or related discipline
- Willingness to travel nationwide
